Tackling the bad habits of unsustainable consumption
What does it imply to situate consumption in everyday life? Drawing from research on the consumption of energy, food and public spaces, Marlyne’s talk will focus on how a social practice approach to understanding consumption can lead to deeper insights into normalization processes and transformative change. She concludes with a discussion around the notion of « sustainable wellbeing » and future research directions.
